S-PDF brings the PDF jobs people actually run into together on one site: putting files together, pulling pages out, making a PDF small enough to email, turning it into Word or back again, signing it, and keeping it private. Every tool works in any modern browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, Chromebook, iPhone, iPad and Android. There is nothing to install, no account to create, and no watermark on the result.

Many jobs take two steps. A pile of scans might go through JPG to PDF, then OCR, then Compress. A contract might be merged with its appendices, signed, then protected. Each tool hands you a normal PDF, so you can run the next one straight away.
Built on proven engines, run on our own server
Each tool uses software made for that particular job. Page operations such as merging, splitting, rotating and reordering use qpdf and are lossless wherever possible, so your pages aren't re-rendered or recompressed. Word, PowerPoint and Excel conversions run through LibreOffice, text recognition uses Tesseract OCR, and web pages are turned into PDFs by a real Chromium browser engine, so they look as they would on screen.
All of this runs on our own server. Your documents are not passed to third-party PDF services or APIs along the way.
What happens to your files
- Encrypted upload. Files are sent over HTTPS.
- Private storage. They are kept in a folder that is not reachable from the web, and never shared, sold or used for anything else.
- Automatic deletion. Everything is removed one hour after your last action, and the Delete my files now button removes it immediately.
- Passwords stay yours. Passwords you type into Unlock or Protect are used only for that task and never stored.

Do I need to create an account?
No. Open a tool, add your files and download the result. There is no signup, no email address to give and nothing to install.
Is it safe to upload my PDFs?
Files are uploaded over HTTPS, kept in private storage that is not reachable from the web, never shared or reused, and deleted automatically one hour after your last action. You can also delete them yourself immediately.
Do you send my files to other companies?
No. Conversions, OCR and page operations all run on our own server with open-source engines such as qpdf, LibreOffice, Tesseract and Chromium. No third-party PDF API receives your documents.
Will my PDF get a watermark?
No. Every file comes out exactly as you would expect, with no logo or branding of ours added. The only watermark is one you add yourself with the Add watermark tool.
Can I use the tools on my phone?
Yes. They work in any modern browser on iPhone, iPad and Android as well as on Windows, Mac, Linux and Chromebook, with nothing to install.
Is there a daily limit?
No. You can use every tool as many times as you need. We only step in to stop automated abuse, far beyond what any person processes in a day.
